These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern BotChanger VPN and related website services provided by Bot Changer Inc. Read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. The voucher-specific provisions below apply only to website voucher purchases.
Apple apps and subscriptions
The Apple apps offer Premium subscription access without ads. No separate BotChanger account is required. The app license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, in addition to these service terms where applicable.
All subscription periods provide the same Premium VPN access. Available plans, localized prices, billing periods and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. Apple bills your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s purchase terms. Trial availability and duration depend on the selected plan and eligibility; a trial renews at the displayed price unless canceled. If you do not want a free or discounted trial to renew, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before it ends.
Manage or cancel through your Apple subscriptions; use Restore purchases in BotChanger to restore eligible access. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds for Apple-billed purchases follow the Apple refund instructions, not the voucher rules below.
Welcome Pass
Where offered to eligible iOS users, the Welcome Pass provides 24 continuous hours from activation, with no card and no automatic renewal. It is separate from an Apple subscription trial. Eligibility is checked before activation; reinstalling the app does not create a new entitlement.
Android access
Android offers ad-supported Free sessions with a session time limit and paid access without ads or that limit. Google Play purchases follow the terms displayed by Google Play. Website vouchers apply only where expressly supported and do not grant access to the Apple apps.
Using the VPN
A VPN routes traffic through a selected server; it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular speed, complete anonymity, or protection against every online threat. Server availability can change. Keep your device and apps updated. You remain responsible for lawful use; these terms do not replace any licensing or compliance obligations that apply to us.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
- You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for providing accurate checkout and contact details.
- You agree to use this service lawfully and not for fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
2. Voucher Products and Activation Rules
- Vouchers represent digital entitlement for eligible Bot Changer plans.
- Single-voucher orders (quantity = 1): activation deadline is 7 days from issuance.
- Bulk orders (quantity > 1): activation deadline is 30 days from issuance.
- Expired, redeemed, revoked, or invalid vouchers cannot be reissued automatically.
3. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
- Prices are shown during checkout and may vary by plan, quantity, and discount tier.
- Our payment provider handles payment processing and may require additional verification. See the service-provider section of our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, or currency-conversion charges.
4. Fraud, Risk Review, and Order Controls
- Orders may be delayed, limited, or canceled if fraud or abuse risk is detected.
- We may request additional verification before releasing voucher codes.
- Disputed, refunded, or chargebacked transactions may trigger voucher or batch revocation.
5. Reseller and Bulk Usage
Bulk purchases are permitted. Resellers are responsible for lawful downstream distribution and for ensuring recipients follow applicable product rules.
6. VPN Use, Legal Compliance, and Network Rules
- VPN use is legal in many countries, but some countries, organizations, schools, workplaces, internet providers, or platforms may restrict, regulate, or prohibit VPN services.
- You are responsible for checking and following the laws, rules, policies, and terms that apply in your location and on any network or service you access.
- Bot Changer VPN does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that VPN use is permitted in every country, network, school, workplace, organization, or online service.
- You must not use Bot Changer VPN to break laws, violate third-party terms, commit fraud, access systems without authorization, harass others, distribute malware, or hide unlawful activity.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to bypass payment, risk, entitlement, or voucher controls.
- Using stolen payment instruments or unauthorized personal data.
- Automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service against checkout APIs or pages.
- Misrepresenting identity, geography, or order intent to evade restrictions.
- Using the service for unlawful activity or in violation of applicable network, school, workplace, platform, or service rules.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including pricing, anti-fraud controls, and voucher issuance thresholds.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Bot Changer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data arising from use of this website or vouchers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Bot Changer operations, unless mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
12. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
